<p>JTEKT India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
