Century Enka shareholders re-appointed Mrs. Birla as director and Mr. Sodani as Managing Director & Back

Century Enka Ltd. shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Singhi & Co. as statutory auditors for five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 60th Annual General Meeting on August 20, 2026. Additionally, the shareholders re-appointed Mrs. Rajashree Birla as a director liable to retire by rotation and re-appointed Mr. Suresh Sodani as Managing Director & CEO for a further period of two years, effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2029.
