Aban Offshore closes securities trading window amid Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process Back

<p>Aban Offshore Limited, undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for insider trading.</p>
