<p>Deepak Spinners Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's listed shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading; the date of the board meeting to consider the results will be announced later.</p>
