<p>Cipla Ltd. announced that Venkata Sai Mungara, currently Global Head Supply Chain, will transition to the role of Chief of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations of Cipla USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, effective October 1, 2026, and will consequently cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of Cipla Ltd.</p>
