DIC India closes securities trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results Back

<p>DIC India Limited informed the BSE Limited, the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
