<p>Bihar Sponge Iron Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons, including directors, promoters, and employees, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations.</p>
