| <p>HFCL Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it will close its trading window for designated persons, including immediate relatives and other insiders, starting September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to consider the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the reopening to occur 48 hours after the results’ announcement; the date of the board meeting to consider the results will be communicated separately.</p> |
