Board of Power Finance Corporation recommends Third Interim Dividend Back
Power Finance Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2026, has recommended a Third Interim Dividend of Rs.4 per share (i.e.40%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
