Board of SJVN approves fund raising up to Rs 1,000 cr via NCD issuance Back
The board of SJVN at its meeting held on 11 February 2026 has approved fund raising up to Rs 1,000 crore through issuance of unsecured, rated, taxable, redeemable, non-convertible, non-cumulative debentures on private placement basis.
