Eurotex Industries will restrict trading for insiders awaiting financial results in October Back

<p>Eurotex Industries and Exports Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it will close the trading window for its directors, designated employees, and auditors from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, of the financial year 2026-27, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
