Kabra Extrusiontechnik forms subsidiaries in UAE and Vietnam for battery pack manufacturing Back

<p>Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited, a Kolsite Group Company, announced that its board approved the proposed incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with an aggregate equity investment of up to Rs 250 crores, and a wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam, held directly and indirectly through the UAE intermediate holding company, to set up a manufacturing facility for battery packs with an aggregate investment of up to Rs 500 crores.</p>
