Coromandel International’s committee approved allotment of shares under its ESOP scheme Back
Coromandel International Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 44,460 equity shares of Re.1/- each to option grantees under the ESOP Scheme 2016, increasing the company’s share capital from Rs 29,50,16,439 divided into 29,50,16,439 equity shares to Rs 29,50,60,899 divided into 29,50,60,899 equity shares.
