<p>Aries Agro Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its equity shares will be closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and all employees from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting for approval to be communicated separately.</p>
