<p>Sonata Software Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
