CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 2,18,150 equity shares of Rs 2 each under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 on July 30, 2026, with 89,150 shares issued at an exercise price of Rs 400.45 per share, 21,000 shares at Rs 610.10 per share, and 1,08,000 shares at Rs 635.10 per share, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 315,00,27,818 to Rs 315,04,64,118.
