Marico Limited allotted shares under its ESOP plan, slightly increasing paid-up capital Back

Marico Limited announced the allotment of 1,451 equity shares under its Marico Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 (“ESOP 2016”), increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 1,29,83,86,399 to Rs 1,29,83,87,850. The shares were allotted to eligible grantees pursuant to the exercise of stock options, with an exercise price ranging from Rs 498.25 to Rs 520.96 per share, and the company clarified that the allotment is not material in nature.
