SIL Investments closes trading window for insiders due to upcoming financial results Back

<p>SIL Investments Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, for designated persons and insiders as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
