<p>Jayatma Industries Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of M/S GMCA & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 109850W) as the company's Statutory Auditors for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held for the Financial Year 2026–27 until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2031.</p>
