NBCC closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results declaration Back
<p>NBCC (India) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Ltd. that the trading window for share transactions will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.</p>
