Patel Engineering closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results Back

<p>Patel Engineering Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for insiders, including directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
