PTL Enterprises closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results Back

<p>PTL Enterprises Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and the BSE Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.</p>
