<p>Rathi Steel and Power Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.</p>
