| <p>Swaraj Engines Limited announced the appointment of Sanjay Kshirsagar as an Additional Director, effective September 1, 2026, and subsequently as Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term, also subject to shareholder approval. Kshirsagar, aged 57, was previously Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and oversaw engine plants at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., where he drove volume ramp-ups and implemented manufacturing digitization initiatives. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding a directorial position.</p> |
