State Bank of India’s board approved allotment of shares related to a 2008 rights issue Back
State Bank of India announced that its Executive Committee of the Central Board has approved the allotment of 1,49,200 equity shares of Rs 1 each, previously held in abeyance pertaining to a 2008 Rights Issue, following the disposal of a court case pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
