MOIL and MPSMCL launch joint venture, MOIL MPSMCL Mining Limited, for manganese ore mining Back

<p>MOIL Limited and Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited have formed a joint venture company, MOIL MPSMCL Mining Limited, with MOIL Limited holding 51% and MPSMCL holding 49%, according to a regulatory filing. The joint venture company, incorporated on June 6, 2026, has issued 102,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on August 1, 2026, and will focus on the mining of manganese ore. The acquisition has been approved by DIPAM and the Ministry of Steel.</p>
