<p>Sam Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct for prevention of insider trading.</p>
