Ikoma Technologies withdraws rights issue and acquisition of ICM Insurance Brokers Back

<p>Ikoma Technologies Limited, formerly known as Vuenow Infratech Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the withdrawal of an in-principle application for a proposed rights issue filed with the BSE Limited on June 8, 2026, under Case No. 270228, and also approved the withdrawal of the proposed acquisition of M/s ICM Insurance Brokers Private Limited, which was intended to be funded through the rights issue.</p>
