DCB Bank allots 32,620 equity shares under ESOP Back
DCB Bank has allotted 32,620 equity shares under ESOP of the Bank. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 321,712,297 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 321,744,917 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
