EID Parry allots 29,650 equity shares under ESOP Back
EID Parry (India) has allotted 29,650 equity shares under ESOP on 11 June 2026. Consequent to said allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up equity shares capital of the company has increased from Rs. 17,79,26,042 to Rs. 17,79,55,692 comprising of 17,79,55,692 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each.
