<p>High Energy Batteries (India) Limited will close its trading window for directors and designated persons, including their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
