<p>Lexora Global Limited, formerly known as Yash Trading and Finance Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
