<p>Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd. announced that Vijay Kumar Nagar was re-appointed as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, Ameya Shroff as Executive Director, and Sanjiv Shroff as Managing Director at its 48th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026. Sanjiv Shroff’s reappointment as Managing Director will be for a further period of 3 years, effective September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029.</p>
