Nelcast Limited closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of September results Back

<p>Nelcast Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
