<p>Grameva Limited, formerly known as Bangalore Fort Farms Limited, will close its trading window for designated employees, directors, and promoters starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE).</p>
