<p>Rudra Ecovation Limited, formerly known as Himachal Fibres Limited, will close its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.</p>
