<p>PIX Transmissions Ltd. will close its trading window for insiders, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Insider Trading Policy.</p>
