GEE Limited will close its insider trading window ahead of financial results release Back
<p>GEE LIMITED informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will close its trading window for insiders from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the window reopening 48 hours after the results are declared.</p>
