LKP Finance approves bonus issue of 4:1 Back
The board of LKP Finance at its meeting held on 19 January 2026 has approved issue of bonus shares in ratio of 4:1. The board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 30 crore to Rs 110 crore.
