<p>Eyantra Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
