<p>XL Energy Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it will close its trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
