Cement Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
