Shriram Finance allots 37,245 equity shares under ESOS Back
Shriram Finance has allotted 37,245 equity shares under ESOS on 11 March 2026. Pursuant to allotment of the equity Shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.376,30,56,252/- to Rs.376,31,30,742/-
