<p>Landmark Property Development Company Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that the trading window for all designated persons and their relatives will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, in accordance with the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.</p>
