Classic Leasing & Finance Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Thursday, 13th August, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with other matters including the Board’s Report, appointment of an Internal Auditor, and convening of the Annual General Meeting, while the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
