IL&FS Engineering halts trading for insiders awaiting financial results approval Back

<p>IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until further notification, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for the approval of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026; the trading window has been closed since February 25, 2025.</p>
