<p>Tata Technologies Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from September 24, 2026, in connection with the finalization and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, and the window will reopen 48 hours after the results are disseminated to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.</p>
