SONA BLW Precision Forgings Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 8,55,737 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees who exercised vested options under the Sona Employee Stock Option Plan - 2023, increasing the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 6,22,69,71,380 consisting of 62,26,97,138 equity shares to Rs 6,23,55,28,750 consisting of 62,35,52,875 equity shares.
