<p>AVT Natural Products Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company’s code of conduct.</p>
