<p>Allied Digital Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
